By accessing and using LaraMart, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Platform

LaraMart is an e-commerce platform for purchasing goods. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information to create an account and place orders.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to product availability. Prices are displayed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues, with full refunds issued promptly.

3. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. LaraMart is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on LaraMart, including logos, images, and text, is owned by LaraMart or its suppliers and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

LaraMart's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of LaraMart after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
